The owners of our business (us) are also the shoppers. So, there is direct communication between resort owners/managers (clients) and the people who will actually do the shop. The majority of Mystery Shop companies do NOT specialize just in Resorts/Hotels, but offer a wide range of unrelated shops. Our speciality is RSS thus dedicating all our energies into this.

Who We Are

Caribbean Resort Slueths are a mature Canadian couple, retired from formal work, with 75 combined years of experience, teaching and education in all aspects of hospitality, resorts, recreation management, and tourism. We recognize what is critical in assessing and observing your operation, in light of your specific criteria. With years of travel and work experience we understand your business.

Caribbean Resort Slueths has spent over 3.5 years in 52 visits to the Caribbean: Cuba, Barbados, Turks and Caicos, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Tobago, Grenada, and Jamaica.

Other international travel to England, France, Belgium, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Japan, Brazil, China, Guatemala. While many trips included stays at All-Inclusives, others involved independent travel and staying with locals and at small family owned resorts and inns.
